Welcome to Connected Women

We celebrate the value of our connections as women to encourage and empower us toward our purpose or calling in life.

This vision was born out of an informal ladies night hosted in the home of the founder   Alison Moore.  Following it’s success she decided it was time to take the vision further and to invite other women to be a part of it.

The Vision

Connected Women run seminars and workshops on a range of topics concerning women including Health, Education, Marriage, Family, Depression, Parenting including Single Parenting. 

As a Christian Alison will also incoporate workshops on Singleness, Purpose, Identity,Valuing yourself and Decision Making etc. To support your spiritual search or foundation ensuring that you are well equipped as a women to be fruitful in your community.

Connected Women also will deliver a range of workshops for young girls, teenagers and young ladies in a wide range of social issues which are affecting our young women today.

Connected Women also believe that you need to let your hair down sometimes and have a great night out with other women, and have already had a succesful launch of a ‘Ladies Night out’ where 120 women attended and enjoyed poetry, singing and jokes from gifted women and were served and cared for by a raft of male volunteers.  See link for comments of the night and pictures.

The extension of the vision for Connected Women in the future will consist of Business start up seminars and support groups, Education and Career support, Social nights out, and Enterprise fairs where women can showcase their businesses.
